Teller
Job Summary:
- Performs basic teller functions to include processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Completes transactions according to established guidelines and meets service quality goals; complexity of transactions performed varies by the teller level and branch location.
- Actively participates in the sales campaigns by identifying sales referral opportunities and makes appropriate referral.
- May also complete additional account servicing functions.
Required Skills:
- Prior cash handling experience
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service skills to include effective communications skills and the ability to listen attentively and be responsive.
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Skills:
- Previous teller or banking experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Previous retail sales experience
Loan Operations Specialist
John Marshall Bank is seeking an experienced professional to work in the loan operations area of its Credit Administration department. Responsibilities include daily processing of loan transactions, customer service, new account setup, system maintenance, balancing and reconciliation, statement processing, and other loan account servicing. Further includes support for loan documentation and review processes.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years experience with bank transaction processing and operations, preferably in a loan environment. We are looking for an individual with strong skills in transaction processing and customer service, solid personal computer skills, fine attention to detail, effective communications, and a superior ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment.
